Display a profile logo on mainscreen, depending on selected profile. The picture of the logos are numbers #545..#549 for the profiles normal, quiet, loud, profile1 and profile2.
Patch needs at least "base of mainscreen patches" to be called. "Application menu" is necassary for (de-)selecting patch in menu.
v2: displaying is selectable with APPlication menu patch, function 12. v2.1: Adapted to base of mainscreen patches: add command "DAC790D6" to a free "slot".
